Since 2001, IEC has performed the roles of Project Engineering, Design Engineering, O&M Engineering, and Construction Management through each phase of the Sacramento Municipal Utility District’s Solano Wind Project. IEC project personnel have assisted in nearly every aspect of the project ranging from the planning and development to operations and maintenance. The technical specifications, drawings, procurement RFPs, construction RFPs, and O&M RFPs for these projects have been developed or supported by IEC personnel. In addition, project budgets created by the IEC have repeatedly proven to be accurate forecasts of project costs. Specific work includes the following:
