The City of Roseville selected IEC Corporation to prepare a Maintenance Program Summary for the Roseville Energy Park (REP). Roseville Electric was interested in formally documenting the existing maintenance processes and computerized maintenance scheduling system at the Roseville Energy Park. IEC was selected to prepare the Maintenance Program Summary to provide an overview and philosophy of current maintenance practices at REP to communicate to Roseville Electric Executive Management.
The Summary documented which party is responsible for performing the maintenance on the equipment (REP staff, equipment manufacturer, or third party maintenance companies) and outlined the organization structure by developing an organization chart and a responsibility matrix for the Maintenance Program Summary.
The Summary also documented the following information: Major Equipment and Systems; Reporting Requirements; Computerized Maintenance System (Work Orders, Scheduling, etc.); Standardized Forms and Lists; Reference Safety Procedures (Job Safety, Analysis, Lock-Out-Tag-Out, Work Permits, PPE); and Other Operational Manuals or Programs Impacting Maintenance (e.g. SPCCC, HAZMAT, CAL-OSHA, CAL-EPA, CAISO, REP Health and Safety Manual). IEC also provided a list of additional maintenance activities to meet industry best maintenance practices above and beyond those that Roseville Electric was already performing.
