IEC managed the design and drafting for the Design Change Notice (DCN) process for RTU retrofits of DAQ equipment at the Loon Lake and Union Valley Hydroelectric Generating facilities and two (2) substations, working in close association with SMUD's Hydroelectric Generation O&M Headquarters at Fresh Pond.
