Minnesota Methane Yolo Landfill Gas Project

CLIENT: MINNESOTA METHANE

IEC provided the foundation design and County permitting support for a 2MW upgrade of an existing landfill gas generating station located at the Yolo County Landfill. The 2.1 MW station is powered by three (3) Caterpillar G399 internal combustion engines with generators, rated at 600 kW each. IEC was chosen for this work due to our experience with power generation and permitting with local agencies. IEC proved its added-value as other project players continually looked to IEC for guidance.
