Owner’s Engineering

IEC Corporation is an Owner’s Engineer, first and foremost. A large percentage of our work entails managing entire projects on behalf of our clients and providing unique expertise as needed. We are dedicated to providing our client Owners with long-term engineering support, program management, subcontractor coordination, and all of the services necessary to ensure industry standards are followed and the project is built to specifications.

As an independent consulting company, IEC is able to represent the Owner at all points through the project. We often become involved during the early stages to identify risks and opportunities, and remain on throughout the project to pave the way for a successful final product that meets both schedule and budget.
