Solano Wind Project Operations & Maintenance Building

CLIENT: Sacramento Municipal Utility District
LOCATION: Solano, CA

In support of the Solano Wind Project, IEC assisted SMUD in the development of a 6,600 sq. ft. Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Building. IEC provided the conceptual design of the structure, developed the design/build specifications and contract, and managed the engineering submittal process, document control, and contractor coordination. Project permitting, field inspections, and construction management services were also provided in this effort.
