Silicon Valley Power Cogeneration Facility Feasibility Study

CLIENT: Silicon Valley Power        LOCATION: Santa Clara, CA

IEC performed an engineering feasibility study to replace Silicon Valley Power's aging Allison 501-KB5 gas turbines with comparable but more efficient gas turbines. The study also involved developing plant performance profiles, evaluating equipment adequacy and capability, designing the site layout, and providing a scope of work document for the project.
