Algonquin Sanger LLC Increases IEC's Contract to Provide Detailed Design for the Sanger Repower Project

Sanger, Calif., December 4, 2006 – IEC Corporation’s successful support during the preliminary engineering work for the Sanger Repower Project has paid off as Algonquin Power Sanger LLC has chosen IEC to complete detailed design work for its Algonquin Sanger Cogeneration Facility in Sanger, California.

As part of the contract, IEC will provide detailed design engineering and project management assistance for site layout, equipment foundations, existing equipment demolition, turbine installation, natural gas system modifications, electrical system protection and interconnection processes, among many others.
