UC Davis Selects IEC to Provide High Voltage Operational Assessment

Sacramento, Calif., February 1, 2006 – IEC Corporation has been chosen to provide professional design services support for the High Voltage Operational Assessment at the University of California, Davis (UCD) campus.

IEC will provide an evaluation of the 115 kV equipment (currently in storage) and perform an assessment of any required restoration. IEC also will prepare a switching sequence plan in conjunction with standard ICD switching procedures, along with a construction package and contractor instructions. A training curriculum will then be developed for UCD O&M personnel and a training class for UCD O&M personnel will be conducted.
