Personal Time Off
Upon start of employment, regular employees are allocated personal time off (PTO) for the year to use at their discretion. PTO is increased based on years of service.

Holiday Pay
IEC offers ten paid holidays per calendar year.

Retirement Plan
The IEC 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan (through John Hancock) provides you with the opportunity to save for retirement on a tax deferred basis (choice of both standard and Roth). The Plan consists of two primary components:  Employee Contribution and Employer Contribution. 

Employee Contribution
The amount you elect to defer to your 401(k) will be deducted from your pay and you will always be 100% vested. 

Employer Contribution
For qualified employees, IEC makes an annual discretionary profit sharing contribution to your 401(k) account dependent on company performance. Contribution will be equal to a percentage of your compensation. 

Long Term Disability
IEC Corporation offers Long Term Disability Insurance through Met Life.  This is employee funded.
