Mechanical Engineers

JOB DESCRIPTION
IEC Corporation is seeking Mechanical Engineers for both our offices (Sacramento, California and Portland, Oregon). The candidates will perform a wide variety of engineering tasks including: detailed engineering analysis, detailed design, preparation of feasibility studies, and technical report writing. Candidate will also be tasked with learning and operating various engineering computer models. This position will entail working with other engineering disciplines and interfacing with clients to successfully manage projects.

REQUIRED SKILL SET & EXPERIENCE

The candidate must hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering and have three-plus (3+) years of similar experience. Advanced computer skills are also required. Essential to this position are the following: the ability to reason logically; draw valid conclusions and take appropriate action; communicate extremely well in verbal and written form; organize work load; work well under pressure; and work within a team.
